Job description:Are you a creative and driven Sous Chef with a passion for cooking? Do you prepare the most delicious dishes with ease and do you know how to keep a kitchen running smoothly? Do you, as a Sous Chef, enjoy satisfied guests and do you see an unsatisfied guest as a challenge? If you have the ability to work very hard and at the same time maintain a good atmosphere in the kitchen, then we are looking for you!
From mise en place to perfecting the presentation on the plate, as a Sous Chef you feel at home in the kitchen and are ready to show your culinary skills. You do not shy away from running your own station, and taking responsibility is not a problem for you.
When you arrive at work, you immediately feel the lively hustle and bustle. You greet your colleagues in the kitchen, wave to the serving staff and discuss the planning for the day with the chef. What still needs to be done for the mise en place? Are there any special requests or large groups? Together with the team, you ensure that the lunch runs smoothly and that everything is prepared for a busy evening service. In between, you joke with the dishwasher, compliment your colleagues on a beautiful dish, and check with the serving staff whether the guests are satisfied. Before you know it, your shift has flown by!
