For our fine dining restaurant Rooftop Merckt, in the most beautiful, unique place in the city of Groningen, we are looking for several colleagues for the service. Together with colleagues in the kitchen you ensure a complete evening out. A total experience that exceeds the expectations of our guests!

What are you going to do?
- As a service employee you receive guests, take orders, you can explain the menu and serve the drinks and dishes and you tell the story behind the drinks and dishes.
- You ensure that our guests enjoy the most delicious dishes during their visit to Rooftop Merckt and also experience their visit as a complete evening out in which their expectations are exceeded
- You are deployed all-round for lunch and dinner, in addition, you can also be deployed for host / hostess work, you receive the guests and you guide them to their table.
- Together with your colleagues you exceed the expectations of our guests.

Who are we looking for for this position?
- You have the DNA as described in the introductory text.
- Hospitality is second nature to you.
- You get energy from a restaurant full of guests.
- You have extensive wine knowledge or are willing to learn it
- Experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant is an advantage.
