At Italian Eatery Olivier La Mensa, authentic Italian cuisine is enriched with a touch of our own imagination. Our chef Stefano, the founder of this restaurant, has gained a wealth of experience in various renowned restaurants. His passion for cooking was instilled in him from an early age by his father, Gigi Bianco, who you will also regularly encounter in our kitchen. With roots in the picturesque mountain village of Stella Cilento in the province of Salerno, Gigi brings the true flavors of Italy to your plate.
In our cafe, the pasta and pizza dough are freshly prepared daily, and each dish is composed with care and attention. We cordially invite you to discover the chef's fantasy and be surprised by unique and tasteful creations.
The name Olivier refers to Café Olivier, which has been located here since 2017. In addition, Olivier Events & Attractieverhuur is located in Tolbert and offers a wide range of possibilities for events.
La Mensa stands for 'eetkantine', accessible, informal and for everyone. Concessions to quality? ABSOLUTELY NO! There is something for everyone. A simple meal or a long meal, everything is possible at Olivier La Mensa!
Did you know that our café is also the ideal location for parties, including children's parties? Think of a fun Pizza Making Workshop, or company outings with game shows such as Ik Hou Van Holland and a fun Pub Quiz. We are also happy to provide catering on location, so that you can also enjoy our delicious dishes at home.
It is no problem for us to take into account food allergies, for example gluten-free or milk/lactose-free. Please indicate this when ordering, and we will handle it carefully. However, these meals are prepared in a kitchen where the allergens are present. All our dishes can be served with gluten-free bread.
