After years of traveling the world, Mr. Smith back in his old warehouse in Groningen with the best from all over the world. With exotic cocktails, tasty street food dishes and swinging music, Mr. Smith will pamper you for a total night out.

Since June 2020, a totally innovative concept has been established in the monumental corner building where Smith's golden bean coffee was roasted from the end of the nineteenth century. at mr. Smith's Loft has since been able to enjoy a worldly selection of flavors, drinks and sounds.

mr. Smith's is the ideal place for an evening of total relaxation. There are cozy and cozy corners, a kitchen where you can eat, large windows where you can look out on the canals of Groningen and relaxed lounge seats. The brand new, intimate interior full of plants and soft colors makes you feel like you are in exotic places, and the rocking chairs in front of the windows and the daybed with great views make you never want to go home.

During the evening it becomes Mr. Smith's becomes more cozy and the music takes over. The DJs spin swinging pop and whether you're quietly enjoying one of the cozy seating areas or moving your hips on the dance floor, the atmosphere is always good.

Job description:
As a Floor Manager you are responsible for a good atmosphere in the restaurant. With a good sense of humor you know how to keep the atmosphere in the team and the restaurant pleasant. Of course, you also keep an eye on whether all guests are having a good time and are receiving the necessary service.

As a manager, you are actively present in the workplace. You are the point of contact for colleagues and our guests.

This is what we expect: You have a diploma in Social Hygiene or are willing to obtain one.

Of course you are a nice person to talk to and you have a representative appearance. You also have MBO work and thinking level, at least two years of relevant work experience.

Good command of the Dutch and English language.
