Job description:For Hotel 't Gemeentehuis in Bedum, we are looking for an independent and hospitable breakfast employee for 2 days a week. This usually involves weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts. The distribution of days is negotiable.
As a breakfast employee, you ensure that our guests get the day off to a good start. You start the morning independently and ensure that the breakfast buffet is fully prepared, tidy, and welcoming.
Activities
Starting breakfast
Baking rolls
Boiling eggs
setting up the breakfast buffet
Refill the buffet during breakfast and keep it tidy.
Greet guests in a friendly manner and help where necessary
Potentially settle room bills or handle other guest requests.
Doing laundry
Clearing away the breakfast
Cleaning the breakfast room, kitchen, and workspaces
Ensuring a neat and hygienic work environment
You start the shift alone. At 08:00 AM, a second colleague joins to take care of and complete the rest of the breakfast service together.
Working hours
Tuesday to Friday: 05:00 – 11:00
Weekend + Monday: 06:30 – 11:30
This is a position for 2 days a week, usually on weekdays. Occasional weekend shifts are part of the job, but this is open to discussion.
