Job description:Right in the heart of Groningen, just a stone's throw from the Martini Tower, lies Hotel Prinsenhof: a luxurious 5-star hotel with 34 rooms and two high-quality restaurant concepts: Brasserie Prinsenhof and fine-dining restaurant Nassau, each with its own gastronomic signature.
Prinsenhof also has a variety of stylish rooms for a wide range of events, from business dinners and multi-day training sessions to birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and inaugural dinners.
Our back office supports guests in organizing these events and manages all restaurant and venue reservations. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a:

What are you going to do?
You'll be the first and last point of contact for our business and private guests, overseeing the entire process from request to after-sales service. You'll ensure that every meeting, from initial contact through to after-sales service, is perfectly organized. Specifically, you'll be responsible for:
• Answering the telephone and managing the mailbox.
• Processing, monitoring and keeping requests and reservations up-to-date.
• Showing guests around the location and taking stock of all wishes.
• Preparing, sending and following up on quotations.
• Transferring agreements made in a timely and complete manner (via production sheets) to the correct internal departments, such as service, kitchen and reception.
• Communicating with guests before and after the event. During the event, the operational team will take over.
Who are you?
An enthusiastic and representative professional who makes the difference in details and collaboration.
• Proactive, hospitable, service-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Works independently, in a structured manner and in a quality-oriented manner.
• At least master the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
• Preferably experience in a similar position (advantage).
