Breakfast staff at Hotel Halbert

You enter the hotel early in the morning. You didn't mind getting up on time because you know you're free early today. You take the time to wake up and make yourself and your colleagues a delicious cappuccino. You want to give this pleasant way of waking up as an experience to our guest. Every day it is your responsibility to provide our guests with a delicious breakfast. Together with the breakfast chef, you ensure that every guest enjoys an extensive breakfast buffet.

Early, but full of love
Taking time for others is what you do every day. Your genuine interest, sense of hospitality and pleasant interaction make every guest feel at ease with you. You surprise our guests with a chat, a delicious cappuccino or the best joke they have ever heard. Whether you have experience in a hotel or not, that doesn't matter. We are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

In addition to creating an optimal guest experience, you are responsible for the daily mise-en-place. You serve breakfast and supplement the buffet. In addition, you keep a close eye on food safety (HACCP), because we like to stick to the rules. You therefore keep the breakfast room neat and tidy. Of course you are not alone, you have colleagues who can support you and who you can have a good laugh with in between.

What do we expect from you?
o You have enthusiasm for working in a hotel where no day is the same
o You have an MBO working and thinking level
o You speak fluent Dutch and/or English
o You live in the region
o You can work independently as well as in a team
o You have a passion for hospitality and the hotel industry
