You bring the love
As a host or hostess, you are the first point of contact for Blumé. You receive the guests and are responsible for the restaurant. This means that you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the guest lacks nothing. Organizational talent, stress resistance and hospitality are very important and are highly valued at Blumé! You ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish so that the guest goes home with a big smile and will also return to Blumé!

What do we expect from you?
- Experience is not a requirement, enthusiasm is
- You have an affinity with gastronomy, hospitality and the world of wine/food
- MBO level 3 – 4 work and thinking level
- You are flexible in your deployment
- Shows interest in others and what concerns them
- Is familiar with labels and the expectations of our guests
- Investigates how to help guests adequately and optimally
- Asks for feedback from guests about quality and service
- Presents himself/herself to guests/external parties in line with the company's image
- You are only satisfied when the guests leave satisfied
