Harbor Cafe can be found in the bend of the Oosterhaven, the place where Groningen used to start, the place where boats from all over the world docked. And let that be exactly where we get our inspiration from. Let our chefs surprise you culinary, or choose your own (shared) dishes. Fancy that cool beer or that delicious glass of wine?     Amount of hours: 32 hours per week
    Training & certificates: Not necessary

    Availability: Available during the week, Available on weekends
    Job description:
    The Harbor Cafe is looking for a sous chef or someone that is ready to take that next step, we have a Dutch chef but English speakers are more than welcome! We are a team of mostly people in their twenties and thirties that love our jobs and team and are looking for a new team player/leader. our kitchen makes the most amazing shared plates, does a great but small ala Carte and the menu switches mutiple time per year. this means you will also have space to help create the perfect next menu and have those creative juices flowing.

    We offer a great job in a great company where you will be given all the space to determine together with the chef and your team which (type of) dishes we serve.

    For this position we are looking for someone who already has some experience as a cook. A diploma is not necessary but always a bonus.

    Together with you we look at your knowledge and experience and based on that we determine your conditions such as salary, training budget and more. Our salaries are above collective agreements.
