Brouwbistro Dokjard is located in an old warehouse with a long (culinary) history. We brew our own beers in this beautiful building, and cook delicious food with it!

The cuisine can best be described as international with always its own twist, we also think it is fantastic to have beer reflected in the dishes and we always strive to find the perfect beer-food combination. Our bistro menu offers a wide variety of dishes from classic to modern. Recipes from classic cookbooks such as the silver spoon or Larousse Gastronomique, but also recipes inspired by our own travels, experiences and/or colleagues from other cultures. In addition to our Bistro card, we also serve our '5 course' I can't/won't choose menu.

    16/32 hours

Is being a hostess/host second nature to you, do you like variety and do you have a passion for the restaurant business? Do you also want to work in a cozy, professional team, delve into beer-food combinations and serve the most beautiful dishes?

Then we are looking for you!

    About us

We call ourselves a brew bistro, as a corruption of the well-known brewpub. We work in a diverse team with students but also old hands in the profession who all have a passion for food, wine / food and hospitality and radiate this to our guests, each with their own way of doing things. A team where you can be your authentic self, having fun at work is also our top priority.

    What do we do?

Our service is informal but correct and we operate based on knowledge and expertise. In this way we want to give our guests a completely correct yet informal experience. Every week we change 1 or 2 dishes from our à la carte menu. As a result, there is a continuous development and design of dishes. We only use fresh products, bake our own bread, make our own ice cream and brew our own beer. Guests can enjoy a 5-course 'I want/I can't choose' menu with matching home-brewed beers or wines, á la carte food from our varied menu or a beer with a bitterbal at the fireplace or on the terrace.
