Who are we?
A cozy brew-bistro with +/- 20 employees, we call ourselves a brew-bistro as a corruption of the well-known brewpub. For us, food at a culinary and creative level is top priority, as is service.
What do we do?
Our service is informal, but correct, and we operate based on knowledge and expertise. In this way we want to give our guests a completely consistent, yet informal, experience.
Every week we change 1 or 2 dishes from our à la carte menu. This means there is a continuous development and design of dishes. As a result, we always use fresh preparations and products.
At Dokjard we bake our own bread, make our own ice cream and brew our own beer.
You can enjoy a 5-course 'I want/I can't choose' menu with matching home-brewed beers or wines, or eat á la carte from our varied menu. We also enjoy a beer and a bitterbal on the terrace in the afternoon.
What do we ask of you?
* As a student host/hostess you receive guests, you take orders, you can explain the menu and you are aware of the allergens, you tell the story behind the home-made beers and dishes.
* You will be deployed all-round in both bar and restaurant work.
* Together with your colleagues you exceed the expectations of our guests.
