In addition to the a la carte menu, we also offer guests the option of choosing a 'Marquis' menu. This is an evening filling multi-course menu. The kitchen has a French slant in the base, but will also contain influences from other parts of the world.

What are we looking for and what can you expect?

a cooperating cook / assistant cook who stands next to our chef
Someone with an affinity with good food and cooking
you support the kitchen in the mice en place, but also during dinner
