Chupitos Groningen is the shot bar of the North. Busy nights, creative shots, and a young, energetic team. For our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on floor manager who thrives on nightlife and wants to build the future of Chupitos together with the manager.
What are you going to do?
You are the operational point of contact during the nights. You actively work on the floor, manage the team, and monitor service, atmosphere, and quality.
In addition, you are involved in opening/closing, inventory management, identifying problems, and training new colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in the wet hospitality industry (supervisory experience is a plus)
Dutch & English speaking
Available on weekends (you mainly work at night)
SVH Social Hygiene or willing to obtain it
Proactive, social, solution-oriented, and a real night owl.
