Job description:Vacancy Collaborating Manager:
We strive to offer our guests a wonderful overall experience! Sometimes it is hard work, where time flies and the focus is on enjoying the work. The Frietwinkel employs approximately 10 (part-time) employees. We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead our great team.
What would your working week look like?
– You are on the work floor every day with enthusiastic colleagues and work together with them.
– You are responsible for training, guiding, coaching and inspiring employees, and you are also involved in (co-)selecting new colleagues.
– You prepare monthly work schedules and solve any short-term staffing problems in the event of illness.
– You are responsible for checking HACCP and cleaning procedures using checklists and providing guidance. But you are also someone who likes to roll up your sleeves.
– You meet regularly with the owner to discuss matters and brainstorm together about fun ideas.
– You ensure that the stock is always at the right level.
Who are we looking for?
– You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
– You have experience in the catering industry and are a natural leader with great enthusiasm.
– You often have good ideas and like to take initiative.
– You are stress-resistant and can remain calm when it is very busy.
– You have excellent communication skills and master the Dutch language.

– Usually everyone has one day off at the weekend. For you, for example, this could be on Sunday and Monday.
– Favorable working hours, usually only once a week until closing time (until 21:15 PM) and mainly working during the day.
