Since June 2007, café/restaurant Het Pakhuis in Groningen has reopened its doors. After a major renovation, Het Pakhuis was able to breathe new life into it, while retaining its nostalgic appearance. Het Pakhuis, located on Peperstraat, has an attractive restaurant on the first floor where you can enjoy a nice meal. The restaurant also offers the possibility to eat with groups of up to 100 people. Special arrangements are possible for this.

The menu is varied and the price of a place setting is between 8 and 18 euros. The spare ribs and sturgeon shrimp are, as always, the best in town. A 'student snack' can be enjoyed for 7,50 from Sunday to Thursday. On the ground floor there is a cozy cafe with an industrial look. The music varies from heavy rock, disco to funk. Friday is an evening with Rock 'n' roll, on Saturday there is dancing to the music of the DJs and live music is played weekly. Come and visit us!
