**Vacancy: Head Chef for a Cozy Eatery in Groningen**
Are you an enthusiastic, experienced chef who enjoys working in a cozy and dynamic eatery? Do you have a passion for cooking, are you creative in the kitchen, and do you like working in a close-knit team? Then we are looking for you!
**What are you going to do?**
As a sous chef, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen together with the head chef. You are responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes, and help develop new menus. You lead the kitchen team and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy shifts. In addition, you always keep an eye on the quality of the dishes and hygiene.
**What are we looking for?**
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a sous chef or cook in a similar environment.
- You have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with fresh ingredients.
- You have experience in managing a team and enjoy working in a pleasant, informal atmosphere.
- You have an eye for detail and strive for the highest quality in your work.
- You have knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- You can handle pressure well and are able to maintain an overview in a rapidly changing environment.
