Your workday flies by! As the right hand of the hospitality manager, you are committed to ensuring that every guest leaves with a satisfied feeling. You are responsible for the daily operation and are the point of contact for the team and your guests. When it is busy, you do not panic: you keep an overview and ensure that the team knows what is expected of them. Of course, you also roll up your sleeves on the floor.

You ensure that your vision of hospitality is put into practice by the team. In addition to your work on the floor, you assist the catering manager with administration, orders and schedules. You also think about actions to generate more guests, surprise regular guests or take the guest experience to an even higher level. In short: you get to know all facets of running your own catering business. And that is of course very interesting for your future.

We are looking for:

You have several years of (management) experience, preferably in the hospitality industry and now want to take the next step and develop further in a management position.
Leading and inspiring colleagues is in your nature.
With your knowledge and creativity you know how to respond well to the different guests and you are continuously looking for innovation and development.
You are eager to learn and always go the extra mile.
