We have a fun and close-knit team where everyone understands what it takes to give our guests a fantastic evening.
To keep everything running smoothly, we are looking for an Assistant Manager who is not afraid to take responsibility and help us take this wonderful company to the next level.
What are you going to do:
You are the manager's right hand. When it's busy, you are at the forefront. If something needs to be arranged, you take care of it.
• You help run the business from opening to closing
• You manage the team and ensure everyone stays sharp
• You ensure that guests get what they came for: a good evening
• You organize and coordinate parties and events
• You are in contact with guests who want to rent our cellar or garden
• You are fully involved on the floor yourself
• You are there during peak times and holidays, because that is when it happens.
Who are you :
• You are available 38 hours per week
• You are flexible and willing to work weekends
• You are a hard worker and have a no-nonsense attitude
• You have, of course, experience in the hospitality industry
• You have experience in a managerial position (a must!)
• You can manage a team in a clear and firm manner
• You see what needs to be done and don't wait
• You keep a cool head when the place is packed
• You understand that details make the difference between “fine” and “great evening”
• You are ambitious and eager to advance in the hospitality industry
