What are you going to do?
You are responsible for the operational management of the entire team. You are also responsible for planning, arranging and adjusting the employees' work performance and providing operational personnel management (absenteeism, performance, recruitment and selection). In order to carry out your work, you will receive certain guidelines from Bodega y Tapas. Within those guidelines, you as a manager can decide for yourself how you organize your work. Nice, this way you can make your work completely your own and it's just like running your own restaurant!

- a salary in consultation, depending on your experience and age;
- 8% holiday pay and 25 holiday days based on full-time employment (38 hours per week);
