Frans is a modern bistro, where you can be surprised from early to late by cocktails at breakfast, good cakes with coffee, an extensive lunch, tasty cheeses with drinks and top wines with dinner. In short, you can go here all day long, where quality and service are important factors, but there is an informal atmosphere.

We are looking for an independently working chef who, together with the chef, ensures consistent quality in the kitchen. You are aware of culinary trends and enjoy providing input and experimenting with new dishes. Whether you provide breakfast and lunch or dinner, you are stress-resistant, quality-oriented and can work well together. In addition, together with the kitchen team, you ensure that all HACCP guidelines are complied with.
