Al longer there was speculation about a new event in Groningen, which would mean the arrival of a multi-day festival with national and international pop artists. Today organizer makes 4PM Entertainment announced that the new festival will be called Hullabaloo, and will take place on August 30 and 31 in the Stadspark Groningen. The first artists will be announced at the beginning of May.

Organizer Mitchel Bovenlander explains: “Groningen City Park has a long history of pop music and has already welcomed artists such as The Rolling Stones and Tina Turner. The idea for Hullabaloo arose from the rising popularity of pop music. The two-day festival brings pop music back and puts Groningen back on the map with a program consisting of well-known artists, but also talents of the future.”

Internships & camping
The organization announces that it will soon announce the first artists. However, the names of the four stages are already mentioned, with which the main genres become known. In addition, Camping Stadspark will be transformed into Hullabaloo Village, where visitors can camp from Friday to Sunday.
