Dhe catering industry from the north of the Netherlands will meet for the seventh time on Monday 1 October in the Martinikerk in Groningen. This edition of Horeca fair North Netherlands promises a diverse and high-quality range of exhibitors and visitors with trade-related competitions, masterclasses and networking opportunities for everyone.
The organization of Horecabeurs Noord Nederland will stop this year with a thematic interpretation of the day. It considers it more important that the quality of the offer is guaranteed and that the fair will increasingly develop into a business-to-business event, where information, education, entertainment and networking are central.
On the first Monday of October, the Horecabeurs Noord Nederland offers entrepreneurs and employees in the catering industry a platform to come together. A wide variety of exhibitors present the most current offer to the visitors. During the well-attended and very popular professional competitions, the participants compete for the titles of the best chef, beer tapper and barista.
Beer demonstrations under the pulpit
New at the fair this year is the 'Special Beer Business Plaza' in the middle of the Martinikerk.
