Drenths craft in a vegetable greenhouse as a pop up restaurant
Chefs from the region bring traditional flavors from their own kitchen to the pop-up restaurant in Assen. Even now, cooking is based on the 80/20 principle: 80% fruit and vegetables and 20% meat or fish.
Monday 15 February chef Roderik Seubers from restaurant will cook The Gaffel Valthe in the vegetable greenhouse. He is supported in this by his girlfriend and hostess: Amanda Rixtum. On Tuesday 16 February, chefs Jeroen Brouwer and wife Marleen Brouwer-Bergwerf from restaurant de loohoeve at the head of the chef's table. Marleen was the first female chef to win the Gouden Koksmes at Horecava. Finally, on Wednesday there is the possibility to join Leendert Scholtus from restaurant The Golden Plover.
