A group of 15 enthusiastic participants who started at the beginning of January present themselves as aspiring cooks and await you with tasty snacks. In recent weeks, the chefs Paul Rodenberg, Geer Vedder, and pastry chef Henk Timmerman have already learned a lot of skills. In addition, several guest lecturers have already visited in the field of fish and meat preparation and the cultivation of oyster mushrooms.
