Last Monday, Ineke de Boer, director of Café de Key en s' Amuse Caterer, a pledge for the national initiative Everything is Health…. (AIG).
“We have recently become a member of the Healthy Aging Network Northern Netherlands (HANNN) and together with many other organizations we are actively committed to a healthier Netherlands. We do this in different ways. For example, we offer our guests extra vegetables. This means that we slightly reduce the amount of meat in a Groningen stew or in a Normandy chicken dish and increase the amount of vegetables and fibers in the recipe. In addition, we always serve a salad with every meal”. According to Ineke de Boer.
