On Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July, the Hoge and Kleine der A in the Groningen city center will be the stage for SummerGoodbye (the summer version of WinterGoodbye† With this maritime festival, the Northern Maritime Museum and De Verhalen van Groningen celebrate the 250th anniversary of Het Stadskanaal.
Visitors can participate in activities on eight historic ships on the Hoge and Kleine der A, such as an exhibition of paintings from the origin of the Stadskanaal, the theater performance Heisa and a story café. Bert Hadders & the Nozems also play their Bosklopper Tapes.
In addition, there is a lot to do on and around the quay. For example, there is a Diezijn Leuk and a handmade market, a children's workshop on FRIDAY.
