Sixth edition of the Horecabeurs North Netherlands dedicated to 'tastes differ'

After a spectacular lustrum edition of the Horecabeurs Noord Nederland in 2016, the sixth edition of HBNN (HorecaBeurs Noord Nederland) will take place on Monday 2 October this year. This edition will be all about 'tastes differ'.

The economy is growing and catering companies are also benefiting from this, and considerable investments are being made, innovations and start-ups are being made again. New catering concepts such as: temporary pop-up companies, all you can eat restaurants with world cuisine, shops with shared catering and trendy coffee bars are springing up like mushrooms. Everything revolves around the current zeitgeist, it has to be 'quick & fast'.

Tastes differ

It is of great importance for catering entrepreneurs to keep up with new trends or, on the contrary, to remain completely traditional, using new resources. After all, the taste of the guest also changes with the times, an often underestimated fact. The expectations of a total experience in the hospitality industry are much higher these days and the average hospitality visit is often a lot shorter than in the past. Catering entrepreneurs who realize this and anticipate this make the difference and quality is the future. The Horecabeurs Noord Nederland offers entrepreneurs a platform with a well-filled day program, all this in one of the most beautiful places in the city of Groningen.

HBNN

The Horecabeurs Noord Nederland is a trade fair specially developed for the catering entrepreneur or supplier and has stood for quality and total experience of the catering trade for years. In addition to exhibitors from the various catering disciplines, you will find a live cooking competition, tap competitions, barista competitions and a large cocktail & beer square. All this in the historic and atmospheric setting of the Martinikerk in Groningen.

The 6th edition of the Horecabeurs Noord Nederland will take place on Monday 2 October 2017 from 12:00 to 20:00. Exhibitors can register via: www.hbnn.nl
