Beautiful, wonderful, words fail and the eyes filled up! After 3 days I almost recovered from April 30, 2013, Willem Alexander Koning.
I don't have any in advance Wfit wI have been selected but after all the television images, newspapers, social media, the conversations on the street and my own experience I am out: Weissburgunder von Buhl† The classic winery Reichsrat von Buhl is located on the Deutsche Weinstrasse in the middle of Palatinate.
The vineyards are just north of the village of Deidesheim. The majority of the production consists of beautiful dry and sweet Riesling wines. In addition, from the 2008 harvest, organically certified. In addition, Reichsrat von Buhl enjoys a great reputation for Sekt wines from Riesling and Spätburgunder, or pinot noir. These offer a special and affordable alternative to champagne! The W of Pinot Blanc, pinot bianco and Weissburgunder. Originally the same grape variety used in France, Italy en Germany has been planted.
Yet the differences are large. The vine adapts to the climatic conditions of the wine region and specific soil type. The Weissburgunder from Reichsrat Von Buhl in the German Rheinpfalz stands on mainly calcareous soil and combined with the relatively cool climate, the resulting wine here is delicately dry and fresh in taste; widely applicable, from aperitif to meal companion…..and affordable for a popular price.
