How nice it is to bring good news; The glass is always half full with me (otherwise we add some).
Holiday money, summer days and a nice Whitsun weekend ahead. And the biggest surprise comes from the Pieter Peit's Hoeve.
Terschelling used to have 200 farmers rich….now only 15, one of them caught my attention the Pieter Peits'hoeve!
At De Pieter Peit's Hoeve they produce nine types of cheese, namely natural: chives, nettle, garlic, cloves, pepper, cumin, mustard and fenugreek.
My absolute favorite is the garlic cheese…what a taste experience….and what do we drink with it: Sauvignon & Viognier from Domaine de Arjolle, France.
The winegrower is happy to take a piece across the mudflats to the city to taste, good news!
