The festival will be organized for the 5th time on Thursday 6 and Friday 2015 February 9 and will again take place in Cleopatra ASG's society. Preipop is known for the great variety in acts and this year there is again a wide programming ready. Divided over two stages, a total of 12 bands will perform. On one stage an intimate atmosphere is created while on the other stage it becomes a party. Loud guitars, party music or a singer-songwriter, nothing is too crazy. On both nights there will be an after party after the performances, which will go on until the early hours.
The two-day festival will be kicked off on Thursday by the Groningen singer-songwriter Tom Kootstra. Then you can dance to the groovy dream pop of Lonely in Harlem, the Pavel Zhulidov Quartet provides instrumental jazz, you can go crazy to the indie post-punk of The Anti-D's, The Highland Sell-outs provide a traditional touch with their folk and The Blind Roofers finish the party thoroughly.
On Friday the José Zwerink quartet starts the evening with light-hearted jazz. Downstairs, The Live Jagged and Menhir blast their alternative and stoner rock into the room. Upstairs you can enjoy the chill indie rock and dream pop The Sign of Leo and Vikings in Tibet. You can use up the last bits of energy at Sunday Zombies & the Brain, who close the festival with one hell of a show.
